ast year, the Human Rights Campaign Fund surveyed Members of the U.S. House and Senate about their employment non-discrimination policies. 82 Republicans and 231 Democrats—including majorities of both parties in the Senate-confirmed that they do not discriminate against lesbian and gay people in their employment practices. This groundbreaking project showed broad bipartisan support for the principle that lesbian and gay people should not be singled out for discrimination.

Call or write your Senators and Representative and ask them to join their colleagues and ban discrimination in their employment practices.
